This is a lovely Welsh sycamore ladle, very elegantly shaped and dating from the last quarter of the 1700s.
The colour and patina are good particularly on the back of the ladle. Note there is a carved floral motif on the handle adding further interest.
The back hook has been repaired at some stage.
It measures 14cm l x 11cm w
