This is a Welsh sycamore scoop or spade with a butter stamp to the handle, carved with a heart, foliage and initials RJP . There was also maybe a date below but its too worn  to be able to read.Please note the scoop or spade part has been repaired on the right handside section.
They are very difficult to come across, most are in the museums in Wales, 19th century.
It measures 29cm l x 13cm w x 1.5cm d.
