This is an unusual piece of Tunbridge Ware being a pen rest to store upto four pens on. The base is lead weighted and doubles up as a paper weight.
It has geometric stick inlay around the sides and a floral decoration on the base. There is a very old repair to one of the sides and some replacement rods.
A very decorative and useful piece for pen lovers.
