A lovely 18th century burr  wood walnut storage container.
It is well turned, the top section pulls off from the middle. This lovely piece of treen has developed a good surface colour, there is a small section which has had a repair/filled from very old worm holes.
An impressive piece of treen dating from the mid to late 1700s.
