A late 19th century Black Forest nutcracker in the shape of a clenched fist holding a nut. Carved well from oak with details like  each finger  is a different size, the nut shell is even carved. There is carved decoration yo the tapered handle.
It measures17.5cm l x 5cm w x 6cm h.
