This is a lovely 19th century sycamore butter stamp which is carved on both sides and has four different stamps, including a lovely carved heart with roundels.
Three circular stamps and one heart stamp. Interestingly there are two initials M and S.
A really unusual shape overal.
It measures 19cm l x 9.5cm w at the widest point x 1.2cm h.
