An interesting antique apple or cheese scoop in the shape of a dagger. Note there is a date 1791 and the initials RC half way down. 
It measures 15cm l x 1.8cm d
 
These scoops were used to eat a raw apple when people had lost their teeth and also sometimes for cheese scoops.
