An unusual 19th century mahogany boxed set of bone letters. The box is divided into sections for the letters to be placed in. The letters are double sided, upper case on oneside and lower case on the otherside. Condition good, just a small hairline crack to the lid of the box.
These sets were used as a teaching aid to learn to spell.
