A lovely early to mid 1800's stationery rack with six compartments for stationery each compartment has an inscribed line decoration, also there are shaped finger hole to the front three sections to allow for easy access. 

There are two lidded mahogany compartments, one which holds an ink bottle the other for stamps, wafer seals etc. Below is a pull out drawer for pens.

 

It has been designed to sit on a desk although there is a hanging hole on the back board so could be hung on a wall.

It measures  approx 26cm w x 31cm h x 15.5cm d.
