A lovely small Edwarian half pint bent wood measure. It has an Edwardian stamp to verify the measurement and is stamped LCC which stands for London County Council.
This measure came from a shop with a half timbered 500 year old terraceowned by the Burden family of Headcorn in Kent from Victorian times. The shop soldmainly animal pet food, seeds and garden equipment.
These measures were used for dry ingredients like seeds.
