An early 19th century spice tower turned from sycamore with five compartments for different spices which all unscrew individually. Retaining  four of its original labels Ginger, Cinnamon, Mace and Cloves and one which is blank, which would have been for nutmegs.
It is not easy to find these five tier spice towers, the popular sizes tend to be four and three tier.
