This is an early 1900'sparlour game entitled "Fishponds". It is complete with four rods  and 24  counters to hook, there are six replacements ones made from cork, the rest are wood. Each piece has a number on the base. On the underside of the lid are the rules of the game.
The box measures 64cm l x 7cm w x 3.5cm h.
