An  English Georgian mahogany cased travelling/ explorers compass, c 1820/30, the paper dial is original, slightly discoloured, the blue steeled hand, the brass is all in good condition, the stop pin  has been replaced but works well, the hinges and clasp are original and good. A very nice antique compass.
