An unusual  fruitwood  lace bobbin dated 1828 with the initials DRrD to the centre of the shank. Lovely chip carved decoration with open lantern with three balls inside and lower lantern with mini bobbin inside.
It measures 9.5cm l x 1.5cm w. A real piece of Folk Art!
