An early Tunbridge Ware whitewood box, originally for sewing items. On the sliding there is a print of Brighton Pavillion and on the underside of the base in faint pencil is the name Mary and a surname I cant quite make out. with a date 1831.
This little box would have originally a couple of divisions inside.
It measures approx 11cm w x 6cm d x 4cm h.
