An Antique Welsh Horn & Wood Tear Drop Snuff Box -named & dated
A Welsh tear drop shaped horn and wood snuff box.
The lid of the snuff box has the date 1831 and  carved into the wood 'E Jones, Pen -y-Bryn Cerigy  Drydion'. The letters and numbers are filled with red sealing wax.
A great piece of history from this mining area.
It measures 6cm l x 4.5cm w at the widest part x 2.5cm h.
