This is a 19th century multi-tiered antique treen watchmaker's rouge pot. Watchmakers and jewellers used these stackable containers to store different grades of jeweller's rouge (iron oxide polishing powder) or tiny components like hairsprings, crystals, and watch jewels safely away from dust.
It is turned from boxwood and shows a lovely rich honey-brown patina.
The boxwood cylinder unscrews in two places and  is composed of  two mirror plates and storage for powder.
It measures 6cm h x 6cm w.
