A 19th century Scottish Quaich, a small shallow curved bowl for drinking spirits. This one has four lugs and has a silver rim which is engraved Mary Ann Cochrane and on the other side of the silver rim Hugh & Magdalene Cochrane, commerorating a christening.
There is a silver coin a William iii sixpence to the base with  GVLIELMVS. III.DEI.GRA.
