This is a lovely french coquilla nut snuff flask/box. Intricately carved  with a hunting scene. The beautiful raised carving gives the piece a 3D effect. There is a man with a rifle a dog,  some antelopes and trees. A small minor repair to one of the antelopes heads. The  carved top unscrews for access to the snuff.
There was alot of work that went into producing this lovely snuff item.
It measures 8cm h.
