This is a really interesting 19th century boxwood bottle holder case. The top unscrew to reveal a glass measuring beaker, then there is a screw off lid to reveal a smaller glass measuring cylinder. The small internal lid also unscrew for storage of powder or pills.
A really well made box wood case, with a lovely colour.
