A very nice 18th century burr wood  antique spice flask, possibly french. Similar one illustrated in Treen for the table plate 7/26 and also in the Shepherd catalogue, Sothebys. Top unscrews for shaking out the spice and the base unscrews for filling the flask. 
Great colour and patina. A nice piece of antique treen.

It measures 19cm in height.
