The central screw lifts the oak block up, the maximum it will lift up gives a space between the base and the top block when unscrewed of approx 3cm in height Allowing for shallow books and playing cards to be pressed or possibly printing blocks.Drawer to base.
It measures 15cm w x 12cm d x 20cm h.
