A small turned wooden grater with a silver coin attached to the base depicting a middled-age bowler hatted gentleman smoking a pipe.Illustrated  in Dr Reckless's book on nutmeg graters and spices, on page 266 and formerly part of the Dr. Reckless collection. Described as being probably late 19th century in the book.
