A really unusual small size candle box measuring only 25cm in total height x 8cm at its widest point.
It is made from mahogany with inlaid diamonds to the top. Interestingly to the backboard there is a label stating that it was made by a Samuel Jackson for one of his nieces in 1878, from Summerseat near Bury.
