A very nice Georgian  box with rosewood and satinwood veneered stripes to the front and the lid. Rosewood veneered sides and back. Unusual slanting top. It has been relined inside at some stage and would make a good jewellery box etc.
It has a working key.
Measures 18cm w x 11cm w x 12cm h at the highest point.
