A fabulous elm bowl where the crotch wood has been used to make this bowl. The crotch wood  is a figure that develops when a tree knits a trunk to a branch or when two branches come together. The figure is also referred to as plume or a feather.
The underside of this bowl is rounded not flat to obtain the fabulous fiquring.
